REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At Lamani, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale items (final sale)
RETURN FEE
We charge a $20 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This helps us reduce waste and cover return handling costs.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected:

- We’ll let you know if your return is approved or declined
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
We do not offer size exchanges, but you may return your item and place a new order in the correct size.
GIFT RETURNS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received
- A gift card will be issued to you via email or mail
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping is your responsibility
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- The $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund
